... is a confident and inquisitive child who enjoys finding out how all kinds of technical things work, from mobile phones to cameras and computers. He has a lively and investigative mind and benefits from being engaged and stimulated within a structured environment. He has some speech delay although he is able to express himself fairly well. At school he is achieving within the normal range for his age, and has extra help in order to help him focus. Paul had a very disrupted early life and this has resulted in him sometimes being over familiar with strangers. He is an affectionate child who enjoys cuddles with his foster carer. |

| ...presents as a lively and sociable little girl who loves attention and interacting with her foster carers. Sophie is doing well at nursery where she is described as a bright child with lots of potential. She can be stubborn and strong willed and tends to sulk if she cannot get her own way. She has a strong attachment to Paul although tries to boss him and can be quite competitive. Sophie enjoys having books read to her and is also very energetic and loves to climb and run. | ||
