| Rachel loves to laugh a lot and enjoys her play time; she has started to learn how to complete her first puzzle. Rachel has good interaction with her peers and older children. Rachel communicates well and is competent in making herself understood. | ||

Rachel is meeting all her developmental milestones and has been walking since she the age of 10 months. She is now able to hold her baby cup. She eats and sleeps well. Since placement, Rachels eczema has improved and her foster carer states that she uses creams on her skin. Rachel is also on a diary free diet. |

We are seeking a two parent family or a single parent who can reflect Rachel's ethnic background. Rachel's birth father has been diagnosed with bi polar disorder and her birth mother has a history of drug use and depression. Prospective adopters would need to provide a stable and nurturing environment. Adopters would also need to cope with her developmental uncertainties. |
